1. 30-Day Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests made after 30 days are not eligible.

2. Print-On-Demand Policy

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not require customers to ship items back in most cases.

Approved refund requests may not require return shipment.
Customers may be instructed to keep the item.

3. Refund Structure (Percentage-Based)

Refunds are issued after review using the original payment method unless store credit is selected.

Refund Tiers

  • Orders under $50 → 80% refund
  • Orders $50–$150 → 70% refund
  • Orders over $150 → 60% refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Store Credit Option

Customers may choose 100% store credit instead of a partial monetary refund.

  • Does not expire
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Must be used on future purchases

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
No alternate payment destinations will be honored.

6. Processing Time

  • Review Period: 3–5 business days
  • Refund Issuance: 5–10 business days (bank dependent)

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized apparel
  • Clearance merchandise

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photographs of the issue.

If verified, a replacement or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

9. International Orders

  • Original shipping fees and duties are non-refundable
  • Refund percentages apply after review
